I said this below but we finally booked our venue.  I couldn't be happier!  This week I am going dress shopping.

This weekend i did some shopping for our house,i bought 2 bookshelfs for eachside of our fireplace and 2 sitting chairs to complete our sitting room.

Saturday - visited with my sister and my niece
Sunday - went shopping with husband to finally decide on cabinets and carpeting.
Tonight - shopping for lighting fixtures
Tomorrow - meeting with photographer to go over album design and to (hopefully!) pick up thank you cards!

This weekend- had a bridal shower for a college friend and hung out with my brothers that night since my hubby was working. Wound up going out to see a local band and had a great time.  Yesterday was all about relaxing and I started my thank yous 

This week- Continue working on my thank yous, make BM dress appointment for another friend to have my dress fitted, working on picking out wedding photos

I had a very productive wedding task weekend- did a couple of Michael's runs, started OOT bags, started to consider my seating chart (although 14 are missing - today's the last day to rsvp, grrrr). I created the wedding day time line and made over 200 jordan almond candy favors. My fingers are numb, but I'm so glad to be almost done with them- just need to add 3 lavender flowers to each packet.

We drove to Indiana Fri at 3 am to drop his girls off with their grandpa so they can go back to Oklahoma. We got back on Saturday. The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing and we did some laundry.

Cleaned the house - check! Spent some time with friends and relaxed.Made final decisions to make our save-the-dates and invitations ourselves. So, went shopping for some materials I needed.

We had a very busy weekend!! We went upstate for opening day at Saratoga on Friday.  Satruday night we had a wedding for one of my coworkers and yesterday was my shower!!  My mom and bridal party did an awesome job.  The shower was at Sunset Cove in Tarrytown and I've gotten several phone calls today letting me know what a good time people had and complimenting me on the work that my bridal party and my mom did.  Today's plan is to get my thank you cards written - I only have about 70 to write!!

This weekend, FI and I went camping without the kids!  Yeah!  We had a nice relaxing time.  Finally got FI to decide on his last groomsmen (big check).

This week, I have to make an appointment with the caterer to finalize the menue, make an appointment with the florist and the woman who is making our cake. 

I guess we're all getting busy now

this weekend was.....interesting. it was Fi's bachelor party. which i actually ended up at towards the end of the night, and that was their fault haha but we were out late so sunday was a wasted day. plus Fi was exhausted after paintballing all day saturday in that heat.

this week i feel like i have 2395820394 wedding things tio do. it's also the last week of the session, so i have a TON of grading to do this week and i have to get the final grades in asap so that i don't have to think about it anymore. and i'm not feeling so great on top of it. this week is going to suck.

I finally ordered my Save the Date magnets from Vistaprint after editing & playing with the format a gazillion times... I'm happy with the way the proof came out! I think this week I'm going to start addressing the envelopes so that way when the come in the mail, they're good to go!!

This week I have to call the hotel that we will hopefully be using to block off rooms...

Slowly, but surely we're moving along with all this wedding stuff!!
