Cape Cod Wedding

Hello, 
I am planning a Cape Cod Wedding & would love to rent a private home/property on the water. I'm not having much luck finding much. Does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks :)

    I would recommend contacting a local wedding planner as they may have ideas.  I tried looking on my own for a place to rent at the beginning of my engagement and had no luck (but I knew I didn't want a planner).  A lot of regular rentals have rules against hosting events.  GL!
