affordable south shore venue

I am looking to get married in the summer of 2013. I  am looking for an affordable venue on the south shore who doesnt have a minimum of guests. Thinking of like 75 guests.Any suggestions??

The Norton Country Club has either a 125 guest min. or a food min. of $3200...We are having under 100 - but meeting the food minimum...

The Squantum Yacht Club in Quincy can hold up to 130.  You can rent it for just four hours or for the whole day.  You bring in your own caterer but they have a bartender.  We're doing our reception there on June 1, 2013.

The Atlantica in Cohasset.  We had our wedding there with 80 guests.

Nantasket Beach Hotel.  We're having just about 100 (maybe a little under) and they do not have a minimum and their Package is REALLY reasonable.  And they're under new management, so a lot of updates and renovations are being made.  Very nice ocean front venue.
