Does anyone out there have any experience with this travel agency? They were recommended by a trusted friend, but it just took 3+ weeks to actually get an itinerary (for 12 days in Italy - woot!) from my recommended contact. It looks fantastic and I'm super excited about it, but just a little wary because of her previous lack of contact.
Has anyone used them before? Any suggestions/warnings for me? Or, is this just normal from a TA? I've never used one before, so perhaps my expectations are just too high. Thoughts? TIA!
