so i'm really stuck in between two dress sizes, and i'd really rather go down a size then go up. its not a big deal, because i am a small girl to begin with, but still in relation to where my weight is now in comparison to where it usually is, i weight more now than i ever did in the past 5 years. i'm 5'4 and weight around 135, but would probably be happier closer to 120. i am really horrible at losing weight and tend to not do well with anything unless its some sort of structured program... so im wondering has anyone used weight watchers? well, i have three questions really the first one is if anyone has used it and how did it work, and the second question is that are there any girls that use it just to lose a small amount like that, and the third is does anyone know any other simple and structured methods of weight loss i could follow otherwise?
