Ouch

DISCLAIMER:  Yes, I live in Louisville.  No, I've never been to this particular store.

And yesterday, a car crashed into the library on the other side of town.  As in, hit the building.  WTF, people and deer.  CARS AND DEER DO NOT BELONG INSIDE BUILDINGS.  Out!  Get out!

  • This reminds me of Salt's blog post where the old man drove into the Target!  Geez louise!

  • I'm in the Louisville area too. Not sure why people and deer keep crashing into buildings around here.

  • hahaha... There was a Chinese restaurant just across the street from my dorm, and it was on a busy street.  Someone drove through the giant plate glass window and caused a lot of damage.  They were closed for three months, and a week after they reopened, it happened again. lol  Much less damage though, so that's good!
  • My old company has planters (huge concrete ones) in front of all of their doors and windows, just to prevent cars from crashing in.  'Course, I think they assume it will be disgruntled employees driving them and that it would be intentional rather than accidental.

But, how freaked out would you be if a deer rampaged through your grocery shopping experience?

  • In college, I knew a guy who was a manager at the town's Taco Bell (also a college student). They had some guy drive right through their window because he said he accidentally shifted info drive instead of reverse. What?!

  • Did the deer say "Don't tase me, bro!" before he was zapped?

  • Actually, the car crashing into the library might have had some serious injuries.  Honestly, we've had a few people around us pass away over the last few days, so I likely blocked out anything else that might have mentioned injury or death.

  • When I was in highschool, we had to stay on campus for lunch because there was a moose in the parking lot. That was a fantastic announcement over the intercom.

Bahahahaha.  My friend from Alaska has had a lot of moose drama over the years.  It's pretty funny.
