Oh, Fish. You need to have me fix you some. Stone Ground Speckled Heart Grits straight from Callaway Gardens. Super creamy and cheesy.

A low country dish adds shrimp and bacon drippings (and sometimes bacon) to the dish for shrimp and grits. Heaven in a bowl. Well either is.

I did this to myself last time. I'm ordering some right now.

PS - NEVER make your judgment about grits on instant ones, or ones really in a diner.

I'm already booked up for June I think. Well Maybe not quite, I'm not sure. May or June could happen though. Plus I'm ALL about GTGs in my neighborhood :)

And I'm trying to move to Florida ASAP anyway, regardless of when it gets warm.


And Manda, I've never been to Arizona but I work with some people from there and they all seem to like it a lot.

I have weddings Memorial Day weekend and June 11 and my b-party the 18th. So maybe not as booked up as I thought. It was just really hard to find a date for my b-party so I FELT more busy and important than I actually was. April 23rd and May 7th are great, and I will petition for April 16th because my FI will be out of town and I need entertainment.

Our washing machine broke last week.  FI tried to fix it, but it is completely useless now.  Sigh.  A new washing machine was not in the budget.
