Who do we feed?

This has been bugging me for some time now, but are we obligated to feed the photographers? We are having an afternoon luncheon and the photographers would only be there from 10am until 4pm. Not sure what to do.

What about photobooth attendants??  We are having them there for 5 hours.  But obviously they will be outside manning the photobooth, not in the reception sitting at a table.

Our photographer suggested that we feed them and seat them near our head table so they can take photos easily.  Otherwise, we have to let them take a meal break where they will have to go out and get their own food (and we definitely don't want them to miss anything because they're out picking up food!)
