Every time I come on p&e someone crushes my dreams ;)I really don't think rides that can be assembled in less than a day should be legal. Ferris wheel + open bar = carny freak show disaster.

A friend of mine wanted to get a dunk tank for her wedding.. because she's always wanted to be dunked, and she wanted to raise money to help pay for the wedding.Her request was promptly squashed by her mother.
