MY Confessions:FI and I had a birth control mishap and I'm off to get Plan B this afternoon.FI's sister crashed FFIL's car. I laughed (she's fine). He has been warned so many times about her driving that I now think it might sink in. I almost wish that she had been hurt at least a little because I know she hasn't learned a lesson with just hurting the car. I know - I'm horrible.

lala, that's a really complicated answer, but to offer something very simple: There are a lot of things that you can do naturally that I had to learn to do. The way your nervous system works and the way mine works is slightly different. If we were to meet in public casually, you'd probably only notice that I don't make eye contact and I don't use names. If we were close friends and you saw me at home, you'd see a somewhat different set of behaviors and personality than you would in public.

trinity! I you. That's all. I've eaten KD with canned salmon for dinner for the last 3 nights b/c Mark is OOT. He comes home today, and I'm sad that I won't be eating KD and salmon for supper. He'd puke, especially because I put ketchup on it.

I've started referencing P&E in conversations with FI. I feel like Sucrets...I just don't have that many friends (and the few that I have live halfway across the country and I rarely get to see/talk with them.) It's nice to have conversations with others about the randomness of the world

I don't think P&E was ever 24/7 flaming.  It was just more blunt.  With some great photoshopping, less squeeing, and less boring, absolutely repetitive wedding stuff.  Like the same question about whether or not you have to invite someone asked 4 times in an hour.  Or if it was, the responses were hilarious.

amber - plan B effed me UP the one time I had to take it. Threw up, exhausted, my boobs were swollen and sore - I was completely convinced I was pregnant anyway for 2 weeks. Benefit, though - I will NOT make that same mistake again.

Amoro - I'm with you on LPSTL. If she claims she's starting to show, then it's pretty hard to believe she wasn't pregnant at the wedding. Wasn't her wedding only about 1-2 months ago?

I wasn't around for the all out 24-7 FF either. Was it really bad? I was here when people weren't afraid to post about current issues such as abortion, gun control, or Jesus d!ld0s. Those days were fun, even the AEs were better.  I missed the FF 24/7. I THINK regulars were much harder on new posters and they flamed other regulars when they felt it was needed.For example, the LIPstick post below/ above? would have caught more hell back then.

I've been hanging around for about a year and a half now and it was never that bad...slightly worse, perhaps, but not that bad. But then, I think lala has been here longer than me by quite a bit. I'm thinking back to the buddha, batlet, ramey, daipaste, stefibeth days.

amber-Plan B can make you really sick because of the huge dose of hormones, so if you can do it when you have no one else to go, I'd recommend it.

FI tells ridiculously boring stories and his eyes light up as if the subject is the most interesting thing ever.  I used to be nice and pretend to listen but now I just burst into loud fake snores.  I am a b*tch.  But seriously, like three times a day it's "wanna hear this cool idea I have for a comic book?"  No, no I don't.

amoro - i used that name on another site from a long time ago.. and had some drama on there (even though i hadn't been on it in 2 years) so figured it was time to let go of trinity.lanners is my nick name, and jarv is half of my new last name so it just made sense.

lala - What exactly is "OMG ME TOOOO?"I gotta confess, the breaks comparisons are getting a little old. I realize that at first some people thought I looked like her (you can't see my face! We both have bangs, that's it!), but I've only seen her post once and don't know anything about her or how else I might be similar to her. I don't even know if she's a liked/unliked character on these boards. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Benefit, though - I will NOT make that same mistake again.Lets hope my experience is better! Its completely my fault. I missed a few pills in a row due to my new work schedule messing everything up. And of COURSE I didn't realize until after the deed was done. I feel like an idiot.

I'm thinking back to the buddha, batlet, ramey, daipaste, stefibeth days.that's when I started posting, I guess it was 2007. the regs were Stefi, dai, heels, terri, mariah, BATLET (the most important one), and a few others. I was just becoming a reg then. but even then, it wasn't bad. I'd heard it had been really brutal a year or two before that. and then there were some bannings...? can't remember.

Not to scare you Amber, but Plan B is awful. It will teach you a very good lesson. On that note...I'll confess that I once had a mishap, took the B, ended up pregnant anyway, and miscarried. I felt awful for a miriad of reasons, but primarily because I drank like a fische after I took the B, and believe that I caused the miscarriage. I'm nervous that I will be extra paranoid when FI and I start TTC about taking care of myself.

I remember when I first came on P&E thinking to myself to watch what I say.  It was pretty flame-ish in here.

amber - accidents happen and that's why plan B is there. You might have a rough couple of days or you might be absolutely fine, but it's just a little suffering. It's the morons who rely on plan B as birth control who are really screwing themselves up.
