To reply the original posting...mac n cheese is the best thing EVER! Love it! I've only made it once from scratch. And it was awesome. I added chipotle cheese. Mmmm....might have to make it again.I rarely ever make food at home. Usually end up ordering or if I do actually mke something it's from a box...meh.

My easy peasy way to make mac and cheeseAdd water to pot, bring to a boilAdd noodles, cook until doneDrain waterAdd a splash of milk, then tons and tons of cheese (either velveeta or real, whichever)Salt to taste and stir until nice and creamy.All done :)you can also add in tiny potatoes, meatballs, or sausage bits.and for a little trick...if your water is boiling over, grab the handle of the pan/pot and lift it straight up. normally removing it from heat will immediately make it go down and not spill everywhere.
