E-Ring Vent

Hey ladies.  So today at work, I was on my computer and happened to notice that the center stone out of my engagement ring was gone.  LOL - seriously, the middle of my three stone ring was gone.  I flipped out and called Zales, and they told me to bring it in and they'd send it off to get replaced.I guess this isn't really a vent.  They were very nice about it.  I just can't believe it, as I've only been engaged for 5 months.  And I'm ringless for a week.  I'm in a pissy mood and it's raining.  LOL.  Just needed to vent a little :)

    That's got to be a fault in how the jeweler set the stone. They are not supposed to just fall out! I'm glad that Zales has responded so promptly. Just make sure they give you a stone of equal quality to the original one.

    That sucks.  But remember, you are no less engaged :)  The week will go by quickly...I think time speeds up when you're engaged so that you have less time to finish everything that you need to do :P Make sure they fix the ring well so that it won't happen again!

    LOL.  I know, it just makes me mad.  I don't do a ton of manual labor.  I work at a hotel, and take my ring off when I get home most days.  I wonder how long the center stone was missing.  LOL.  That must have been an awesome look!

    I'd be mad, too, believe me, I'm not suggesting that it shouldn't make you mad :)  It's not right for an engaged lady to not have her ring!!  I've got to give mine up to have the rhodium replated tomorrow and I am in no way looking forward to that.

    That's good to know.  So far I have been really impressed with their customer service.  My ring was the sample size - a 7 - FI bought it and didn't know my ring size, and I am actually a 4.  I sent it to be sized on a Tuesday, and got it back Friday.  Hopefully it doesn't take too long.  The manager gave us a $50 off coupon too, so that was nice.
