Based on your comments of how hot and fun and hung he was I would ignore it. It sounds like trouble. I see nothing wrong with an occasional text and chat with an ex as long as it is someone I am completely not interested in ever hooking up with again. If I still felt attraction in any way I would think it is best to just let it go all together.
