Crazy dreams

Re: Crazy dreams

  • I had a dream shortly after a classmate of mine died. It was a really sad car accident.  I didn't know him very well, but I dreamed that he came to my room while I was sleeping to say hi "just cause".  I feel very selfish thinking that he would have came to visit me in my dreams since I didn't know him that well, but it was so unlike my normal repertoire of dreams. For those who had loved ones visit in dreams, (besides poor nuggets first dream) did you feel satisfied by it?  I can't tell it if it would make me feel even more weird!

  • I think the only reason I was scared was that I knew he was angry. Other than that I'd love some contact with him! I can't believe I'm coming up on eight years. Holy moses.
  • Manda - www.debbrockman.comShe's running a special right now, if you book today. http://www.debbrockman.com/DiscountsOnALLSessions.htmlI love her. The last time I talked to her was 2 years to the day that my mom died. I told her I didn't want to tell her any details, just wanted to speak with a loved one who had passed. She immediately began talking to my mom. She said she felt that she had died from a complication with her brain (which is true).  She said my mom was very proud of me for my schoolwork (I'd recently graduated college), and that she wanted me to know that she would be there on my wedding day no matter what. I'd recently gotten engaged as well, and the one thing I was struggling with was that my mom couldn't be there. She also said my mom was telling me that FI is exactly the person she would have picked for me, and that even though I'm an adult and I don't need her approval, I will always have it. She talked a little about my brother and his new job, and told me to calm down about my dad's new relationship. All things I was very stressed about at the time. But, I never told her a personal thing about me, or even more than my first name, and she nailed everything else.It was really meaningful. I wanted to get in to see her before the wedding, but I'm running out of time and she's booking up quickly.

  • I did feel pretty good when I woke up from the room dream with him.  He was very sick for the last few years of his life and when he was in the room he looked like he did when I was little.   I was still sad he was gone, but it was a different kind of sadness, like I felt he was at peace.  Now, when my grandma passes I fully expect to have her coming into my dreams every night because she ALWAYS has something to say, and she's damn well going to make sure I hear what she has to say.

  • Wow this thread is really interesting. I have tons of vivid dreams. My craziest dream ever was in 1997, I was walking with Jesus. He was this dark swarthy arab-looking guy. We were walking through the Holy Lands, and it was 2000 years ago. He said to me "I was a nazarean, but it was my job to travel all over in my lifetime, to bring people of different tribes together" Suddenly it's modern times, and we're walking the length of manhattan, from washington heights to battery park, and we're somehow walking through parts of brooklyn too. Jewish neighborhoods, dominican, black, white, asian, you name it. And he says "Today it's still my job to bring all of these people together" Suddenly, he's on the cross, looking at me. Someone carves "INRI" into his forehead, and he says "Do you believe in my now, Amy?" Then I wake up. No shiit. The freakiest dream I've ever had.
