I'm trying out a Cooking Light chicken parmesan recipe, serving with pasta (of course), garlic breadsticks, and steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

we are desparately in need of groceries, and did not have a thanksgiving dinner as i was oot with my mom this weekend. we're having breaded chicken sammiches with salad (ie: lettuce in a bowl since we have nothing else to go in it!)

J&K I think I am going to make some kind of chicken parm with spaghetti squash when I finally have room in my fridge again.   I have had a craving for a while which is weird because I never eat it.

Come over for dinner then pumpkin.  I have two medium sized tupperware containers full of potatoes, 6 pot pies, and 2 large containers of soup left.  I have caramel pumpkin pie too.

That sounds good, Mandy.  We need to have something with chicken before the stuff in our fridge goes bad.  I think Mr. Heels is making some kind of chicken with cabernet (he bought $3 cabernet to make this dish, which amused me).

Your dinners all sound so great!  Mine will probably either be drive thru dinner (I know, it's bad!) or else Spaghetti O's or a grilled cheese or something equally as exciting before I have to go to class.  Ugh. Mandy, you can ship some of your leftovers my way...

Leftovers from the dinner party I had Sunday- parmesan-pumpkin soup with frizzled prosciutto, mixed greens salad with apples, walnuts, cranberries, and gorgonzola, and cassoulet.  Yum!

Mandy, I vegged out on the couch all afternoon yesterday, which usually means I watch HGTV and Food Network for hours on end. Yesterday was Dear Food Network, Thanksgiving Leftovers. They made pot pies, turkey breakfast hash, um...stuffing balls, a few things I can't remember. One thing my mom always used to make with turkey leftovers was Chicken Tetrazini, but with Turkey instead. It was SO good, and froze wonderfully.
