He's not a photo person, so we never take any. I've got tons of pics of me with friends and stuff, but not many of him and I. I plan to change that soon though. I got a groupon for a studio session with a photographer here in Williamsburg. I just have to book the appointment.

Happy early birthday, Anna!

I don't want next week to come.  I only have a four-day work week, but because it's Easter week (Holy Week) here at the church, I'm going to be running around like a chicken with its head gone for those four days.  Late afternoons/maybe working into evenings...all culminating with driving to MA on Thursday night (we can't leave until 9:30 when H's class is over).  Gah.  But at least Easter is next weekend, right?  Right.

Yay for Friday!  It's my second day at my relocated office space and talk about pros and cons.  I've gone from having an actual office to living in an open cube farm, but my commute has gone from thirty minutes to eight.  Also, there's a branch of my gym next door to the new (to me) building, so I'm going to finally get more cardio into my life.

I'm looking forward to relaxing this weekend and ditching the company picnic on Sunday.  I just hope all the stupid drunk pics and stories end up on FB.

If it makes you feel better MK we actually only have a handful of family photos with T, J and I.  She has gone a million times to get professional pictures but we always just feel to fat and ugly to take them at the same time.  lol.  Our goal with our weight loss this year is to take a family picture FINALLY this summer.  Only almost 4 years later.  All our family pics are from events like weddings and big birthday parties where people made us pose.

Yuck Bay. That sounds like a crazy week. I'm not a practicing Catholic anymore, so it seems strange to not be recognizing the holiday really. Easter just kind of passes for me.

So I tried to log into one of our major databases and it's, um, disappeared. Oops. Thank god our IT guy is awesome. He's got control of my work computer right now, so my "slacking" is totally justified. :-)

That's exactly it Stacks. The photos we have are from family weddings. There's one around from halloween one year. I don't show that much because I'm dressed as a naughty nurse. There's one more that his sister made us pose for. I think that's it.

MORNING!!!!!

I dont think I've been this happy for a Friday in a long time. I'm totally needing a weekend right now. I just want to read my nook and sleep all weekend.

We are supposed to get tornadoes and hail all day - yay! There's already been a few tornadoes up north...yeehaw. Bill Paxton is hot, maybe he'll show up a la Twister and save me if there's a tornado. I'll cross my fingers.

Tornadoes scare me.  I'm glad we don't get too many down here.  I'd rather have a hurricane any day.

Hey errybodeee - its FRIDAY!! I actually got to work early enough to hit the window for being 15 minutes early, so that plus the 15 minutes of OT from Monday means I get to leave a whopping 30 minutes early! But I'll take it.

John's doing the Mayor's Ride and the Fun Hater's Ride tomorrow, so I've got the day to myself. Not sure yet what I'll do. He said "but I still want to have dinner with you, babe" - I asked him if that was because he felt guilty for leaving me basically the entire day (like 8:45AM - 9PM) and he said yes, so I said, yeah, I'm thinking you'll be in no shape to go out to dinner after all that. Plus, by 9, I'm thinking I want jammies on with a movie.

I feel folks on icky headaches, and missed birthdays at work.

I'm a p*ssy when it comes to weather (admittedly, I've gotten much better since I've lived out here) but my family purposely kept the fact that Mississippi gets so many tornadoes from me when I was deciding to come to school here. They didn't want it to affect my decision. When I heard my first siren I had a panic attack =(

When I was about to go into 5th grade, my dad had an interview in Kansas. He was offered a job and would have made great money, but when my parents told me I freaked out and wouldn't come out of my closet for about a day. I was so scared we'd all get blown away by tornadoes. My parents even took me to a therapist to calm me down about it. Didn't work. So dad ended up finding a job in Jax instead. I still feel bad about that.

Oh man, Kansas is a no go for me.  J actually looked at jobs out that way. Wind-tech jobs in a few different states.  I pretty much vetoed tornado alley.

I'm sure that siren is scary if you've never heard it or don't know what the hell is going on.

Good morning ladies.

Lots of laundry and cleaning to get done today. Probably throw a little grocery shopping somewhere in there too. I was able to sleep in till 8. It was pretty nice. Back on call for a week, which means no alcohol for a week. My liver will appreciate the break. Nothing much planned for the weekend. Just yard work. Gonna be fun though.
