I flame the flash mob thread, and the goldfish-as-centerpieces thread on Reception Ideas, and every other thread with some stupid, cutesy, "but I am a special snowflake and something UNIQUE must happen at my wedding" idea.  Also all of the "oh em gee I don't have a theme HELP!!!!?!?!?!@$##$%$" threads.  Seriously people, put a pretty dress on and get married.  Done.

Oh, I think I've mentioned most of them.  But I think Santana is a troll, I think Robot is a troll, I thought LDY was a troll for quite some time, I used to think NickiVegan was a troll.

My troll-dar has been off lately.  I used to be spot on, but I'm kind of sucking it up lately.  But I'm pretty damn sure on Santana, and I've thought it for awhile.

Most of the regs around here have met up, so that kind of kills any troll suspicions.

I DO think there are regs that are totally different here than IRL, and that some of them are real as can be but post shiit just to create drama sometimes. 

Like, I think NickiVegan enjoys getting people riled up with her slightly alternative choices.  I think DJ is probably pretty subdued IRL and might not share her opinions as much.  Let's see...

(To clarify--sorry I can't edit on this comp-- I don't think DJ purposely tries to rile people up, I just think she's more outspoken here than IRL...but that goes for a lot of people as well.)

Birdie.  It's hard for me to judge because I have to look at you through mod-colored glasses.

But I imagine that you're probably a little more crazy IRL than you are here.  Not like "I WANT TO FIRE MY MOH BECAUSE SHE WON'T TAKE ME TO VEGAS FOR MY BPARTY!" crazy...but... not as reserved as you have to be here.  Not that you have to be all sweetness and light to be a mod on E, but I imagine there are things that you hold back.

Not really. I post my alternative views when others bring up the topic, like the shaving KPS. I did bring up the gyno issue in an evening thread, but that came up after discussion. I wish I had the time discuss my alternative lifestyle choices in their own threads. But, just like real life, if the topic has been brought up, and I have an opinion about it, I can't keep my trap shut. And I picture all of our trolls as large warty green beings that drool a lot and reside caves.

I realize that none of this is groundbreaking.

But I think there are far more people that type stuff, and sit back and think "HA, let's see what they say to THIS, I'M SO EVIL AND ANTAGONISTIC!" instead of it just being "their personality" to say things that rile people up.

Well, it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong.  I just think when you say that stuff, you KNOW it's goign to get people going.  And that's cool, there's nothing wrong with that, I enjoy the change of pace.
