That's not really why I flamed her - my flame had more to do with her trying too hard.  I just mentioned the fact that I always find it weird when someone disappears and comes back and is immediately all over everything.

The two halves of the sentence weren't intended to be related--just two of the points the OP cited as meaning you're "comfortable" with each other.

People have different levels of comfort about stuff like that.  I don't see the big deal, regardless of what people do, and don't see it as a relationship indicator.

Birdie and MuSu I'm glad it's not that bad now.  I know our situations aren't the same but I do know that focusing on the negative or how hard it is just makes it harder on you.  And Birdie, yeah I definitely get that.  There's days I just break down and cry when more shiiit goes wrong because I'm sooo fucking sick of dealing with it myself.
