This might be a silly questuon but I'm just wondering how it works for the vendors when it comes to dinner. Of course we are providing them with a meal, but do they sit down too? Where and when do they eat? We're having a very intimate wedding of about 25-27 people in a lodge up north. Then there's the DJ, coordinator and 2 photographers. Since its so small should I add a few seats? Or do they just eat wherever and whenever they can?
