Clarify how save the dates should be addressed? Should it be as formal as the invitation? How should i address a person who is single? Single and guest or just the person.

    I just addressed single people to them. 

    As far as formality, they don't HAVE to be as formal as the invitations, but I like consistency.

    They need not be as formal as wedding invitations. That said, I think they should be addressed as you would address the wedding invitation. JMHO As far as single, I recommend you address the STD to just your friend. You can include the guest on the invitation to your friend, preferably by name, when that time comes.

    I just sent mine out yesterday, and addressed them formally exactly how the invitations will be addressed.
