Um yeah, that's why I said I couldn't imagine telling a mother she could not bring her baby...I did not say she had to, just that I would not tell her she couldn't. Sorry you hate me so much.

Manwaithiel, I went back and re-read your posts and I now see you were playing devils advocate and therefore withdraw my flame, not sure what my state of mind was yesterday but I obviously mis-read your intentions.

  • I think Americans are getting a bad rap because it's the bigots that you hear about in the news.

I think 90% of the American posters on the mosque thread really have their shiit together and I was so impressed with how eloquently they made their arguments toward freedom of religion (i.e. amoro, nugget, etc.)

A big thumbs up to you girls, I couldn't stomach the whole thread but your replies really gave me hope.

Backtracked?  Nope.  I still think it's in poor taste/bad pr/ bad business.  But I don't care that they build it.

And if you think I'm stupid then I'll take it as a compliment.  I don't respect you.  We're good then.

you cna't dictate HOW a parent feeds her kid. not every can/wants to use breast pumps. That's like saying, "use formula for a day."

You can certainly demand certain things, you just have to realize there will be consequences. Like not letting your BM bring her 6 week old baby to your wedding means she might not be able to attend your wedding, let alone walk around holding up your train all day.

  • Well as a newb DafJill it was a super flame to me, but in retrospect knowing what I know now it was pretty lame.  It wasn't like an Earth shattering this girl is so dumb way - it was a "you get one day, you're not special" sort of way.
