I always wear wet n wild eyeliner. The .99 cent one from Walgreens. Yes, I'm that cheap. Anyway, I like it because it goes on easy and I like that you can tell i'm wearing it. I usually just do eye make up. I used other pencil eyeliners before and they just seem like nothing really shows up on my eyes.
Can someone suggest a different eyeliner? I'm having this constant problem where my eyeliner is runny or something. After an hour I notice these black circles under my eyes. I'm not sweating it off or anything. I don't know why it does it but it's constantly.
Someone please tell me a different brand that is amazing??
