I liked when they showed Romano's soft side.  The episodes where he had everyone operate on his dog and when he signed with Reese come to mind.  It showed that he had some compassion even though he was a bastard most of the time.

Haha..I think that's the only episode where the entire episode is filmed in the same apartment..could be wrong though.

Ahhhh I love that show.  I want to go home now and watch them all.

There are so many for me - I will list a few by show...

M*A*S*H - many eps, but the finale was great
NYPD Blue - many eps, high on the list the one in the last season where Jimmy Smits came back as a vision
Friends - I agree with the ones posted.  The One Where Everyone Finds Out - I remember Ross seeing M & C from across the street screaming "Get off my sister!"  Hilarious!
Buffy - "Once More with Feeling" - the musical ep

ETA:  ER - the one mentioned where Juliana Marguiles (sp?) left and George Clooney was there.  Awesome.  Also, when Dr. Greene died.  I remember that was the first time I heard someone say "shiit" on network TV.

"The Fabian Strategy" episode of 30 Rock where daddy-bear Jack is hitting on Avery's old college friend / interior designer James-not Jim-not Jimmy-but Jamesss in order to convince him to convince Avery to keep the elk tongue wall color in his house. I can't breathe when I watch that scene.

When Luke and Lorelai finally kiss in Gilmore Girls. And I hated the post-Huntzberger years, but when Rory finally grew a pair and told Mitchum off after Logan got hurt and he refused to come see him.

Two old school ones:

The finale of the Bob Newhart show where he wakes up in his earlier show (bed and says "I just had the weirdest dream".

Also, the taxi episode where Christopher Lloyd's character is taking his written driving test and asks his friend "What does a yellow light mean?" The friend responds, "Slow down."  So CL says "Whaaaat doooees a yeeelloooow liiight meeaan?"  And this continues.

On Big Bang Theory, when Penny gives Sheldon the Christmas present of a napkin used and signed by Leonard Nimoy.

Anyone Will&Grace fans? I loved the episode with James Earl Jones, where he is in the acting class and starts talking in a high pitched voice and pretends to be holding a purse. :P
The episode with Will dancing with Kevin Bacon and Jack walking in, totally mortified, was classic too. That show has too many for me!
