Oh hai morning

Afternoon, ladies.

I went to the cafe to get a hot pretzel earlier, and the dude who usually works the register was all, "This is the first time I've seen you today. You must be cutting back on your usual snack load, eh?"

I wanted to snap, "I must have missed your food police badge," but I simply could not form a sentence. I don't know if it was a back-handed way of asking if I'm on a diet or what, but still.... totally uncalled for.

Or am I overreacting? I'm really not sure how to take that, but my first emotion was embarrassment, as if I should be ashamed that I want a pretzel. That's why I'm ticked. It's stupid. He needs to pay attention to his register, not my calorie intake.

That is an asshole thing to say. I would just ignore it, but take comfort in the fact he is a jerk and don't worry about eating pretzels.

That plate is adorable! I'm so glad I came back in here.

Peeling my shellac nail polish off kind of creeps me out. I was told just to use pure acetone to take it off.

I found some in my drawer a week or so ago and started using it again every night.  My cuticles (which I pick as a nervous/bored habit) and starting to look good again.  If they're all soft and pretty, I don't pick at them.
