I don't really think Heels is BlameCanada either.  It just seems so.. I don't know.. obvious.  I think if Heels was BC and the PS was true and everything, she wouldn't have brought it back out today when people are spazzy about it, you know?  Doing so is only fueling the issue.  I would think she would lay low for a few days instead.
