Morning!

It was sorta rough getting up this early today, but I am just glad the week is half over. I am looking forward to the long, but busy weekend and seeing H again.

We actually didn't have any storms or rain yesterday which was awesome. I hope that stays the same for today, but I don't know.

How is the new job going?

I'm up early because I have to drop DH and the other best men at the docks to go fishing.  Then I have to pick up 7 women, go to the store to pick up sandwiches and beer for the bachelorette party.    Somehow I'm the chauffeur today.  Not sure how that happened.

It should be a great day.  I love Jost VanDyke.  It's one of my favorite places in the world.

I have an evaluation at work and a conference call about Facebook, so it should be an interesting day. I am just so ready for the freaking weekend. Oh and to get married. nbd.

We saw Pirates 4 last night. I love Jack Sparrow. He should just make random appearances in all movies. Work is going to be super dull today, like it will be all week. We have nothing to do.

Lynda - the new job is going pretty well. Yesterday was a little crazy, the kids were off. But it is to be expected of kids that age and all the changes they have had recently with teachers.

I think it is going to take a little while longer for me to get in the groove and find time to get everything done before my day ends. I also feel like my other teacher and I need some more time to get to know and feel for each other. I have just been really tired this week fighting a cold, starting a new job and trying to prepare for H to get back with all the rest of our stuff.

Good Morning.  I have a breakfast meeting at Bob Evans at 8:30, so I get yummy free breakfast.  We're going to kind of divide up the work now that the one lady isn't here and see if we can get away with not replacing her.  I may also be asking for a raise depending on what new tasks I take on and if we do decide not to replace her.  We haven't had raises in 3 years, so I think taking on new work is the best time to say, "hey I think I need some compensation for this, and it better be more than $.50".  I'll play it by ear and see how it goes.

Also, I may have flicked H in the nose last night and said "You stole me drink!" a la Jack Sparrow when he took a sip of my Coke. It's only funny if you know the scene I'm talking about in the fourth movie though.

Good morning.

I'm up for a little bit. Its time for Edmunds bottle. I'm frustrated because DH got to sleep 10 hours yesterday and I barely got 5 and probably won't get much more than yhat tonight. He did go back to work yesterday. But he only did 1 feeding yesterday in the time he was home.

Downfall of living down South-bugs. I just tried to kill one but it got away from me. I put in a service request to have my apartment sprayed. High maintenance? maybe. But that's the second one in a week. I would rather have it sprayed.

Ciara-that sucks. I would probably hit FI if he did that. You need to get sleep too!

gg--you will never want to live where I live then. There is always a bug somewhere in our house, usually a moth or spider that got in somehow. Stupid woods breed every living bug known to Florida, I think. I drove all the way to work with a yellow spider on my window, I'm surprised he didn't fly off in the wind.

It's an absolutely gorgeous day outside today.  And I have a meeting after work.  Boo.  But H is home today, so we might take a walk to get ice cream afterward.  And hockey playoffs again tonight!  I think it's going to be a great Wednesday.

Sesh - I saw it on sunday.  I could stare at that face all day long.  I think he's so friggin sexy it's insane.  Plus his character is just that awesome.  Did I smell a #5 with that ending?

I have my grandma's dog.  It's a 3.5 lb shi-tzu.  I have it at work today.  We'll see how much work I get done.  I have it for 2 weeks.  fun times.

I like Johnny Depp talk this early in the morning. Nom nom nom.

I'm working from home today and having a mini-Harry Potter film fest. Woot! Then at 2:30 our friend comes to take us to the airport and we'll be on our way!! And a true testament to the power of Knottie vibes, I'm pretty sure you guys managed to move a volcanic ash cloud away from Amsterdam. Way to go!

Since I won't be back until June 6th... HAPPY WEDDING ROSIE!!!! And have a wonderful safe trip cfasz!!

Oh man, I hate bugs. Anyone seen that commercial where the girl freaks out over the spider on the phone screen? Yeah, that's me, about every, tiny, little spider. I hate bugs. I can't even look at them on tv.

Mmm, black olives. Black olives with ranch dressing, delicious. I have a craving for lasagna. But, I have that craving every day. If I wasn't so lazy I'd just make some.

Habs--I can totally see them doing another one. I wish they had expanded on the mermaid and the clergyman guy. They should have done more with that side story, especially with the ending.

Morning everyone!

Happy birthday Ciara!

It's officially hot here. I started sweating on my way to work and I know it's only going to get worse.

And about bugs...we have a swarm of mosquitos living right outside the door of our apartment. There is an old broken fountain in our front yard and the property manager refuses to empty it and also refuses to believe it's the reason we get attacked by mosquitos every time we open the door. One of the many reasons I hate my property manager and can't wait to move.
