Crying babies don't just affect the video, they also affect the actual ceremony and the 100+ other people who have come to witness the marriage.  Find the crabbiest older woman you know to ask the parents to remove their kids if they start to cry.

I don't think it is for anyone to judge how much she is spending.  If its important to her, then fine.

Our church has asked us to have someone do a welcome and inform people of the quiet room, advise them to turn off their cell phones and ask not to take flash pictures during the ceremony.
