Pretty fantastic. She over-curled it at the 10am appt and the wedding was at 4:30. I still had curl the next day after sleeping in it. I even made my own hair thing like RMA

It's a trike, like a motorcycle with three wheels.  It actually belongs to a friend.  It's custom, but there are others kind of like it. Where? I dunno.
 It's made from a Ford car, I forgot which one.  He has it cause it has a steering wheel instead of handle bars. He only has one arm, only bike he can ride, so it's really neat.

Legitimate question: What was more of a pain in the ass: Planning your own wedding, or being a brideslave/MOH?

I'm not planning my own wedding, sooooo I say brideslave. I think it'll be less frustrating planning my own, because 1) it's mine and I actually care about it and 2) I actually know etiquette. The bride i'm a BM for does not know much etiquette. I dislike being a doll for her to dress up.

I'm at work. I was here for 7 hours yesterday trying to fix a problem in my model (it kept bombing).  Couldn't figure it out.  Actually rebuilt the whole freaking thing and had the same issue!  Came in to work today, got a hold of the project manager and he helped me find the solution!  HOORAY!!  I was freaking stumped last night.

Now it's gonna be a heck of a busy week trying to run this thing and get out a calculation report on Friday. 


Anyway, leaving in 45 minutes to pick up the dog, take her to the vet for shots, turn around and go to obedience training (for the dog) and then back to work after that (which is after 8pm) to keep this work thing going.  AAAAHHHHHH!!!


It's been cold here for the past few weeks.  The lows are in the 50's (sometimes high 40's) and the highs are barely reaching 70.  I guess it's fall.  Can't complain, cause I love it.

Favorite comfort food:  recently I've had a lot of pasta/italian food.  mmmmm

I think that planning is a lot more stressful.  I've had pretty easy experiences being BM's.  I wonder if that's because all three were out of town weddings???

I know P2 is right.  I am french canadian.  I should not be expected to know that because when I buy storebought.  YES I SAID STORE BOUGHT, it says perogies on the bag.  So I lived my whole life thinking that perogies was right.  Then a couple years ago I was told otherwise.  My whole world came crashing down.

Also.  Around here we eat biscuits for dinner with stews and soups and stuff.  I had no idea it was a breakfast food.

Me too, TR. I make homemade biscuits and they're really pretty (and delicious.) But seriously, they look like the biscuits on Popeye's commercials. Wait, are there Popeye's in Delaware? It's fried chicken.

Yeah, we have Popeye's.  They're just like KFC.  In that the only thing I'll eat from there are the biscuits.  I loooove biscuits and honey.  Holy hell.  I wish I had some right now. 

I'm a little bummed because we're having spaghetti & meatballs for dinner and that would be great except I had a meatball sub for lunch and H was so excited about making meatballs for the first time that I didn't have the heart to tell him, haha.

Mandy, you should try the popeye's biscuit recipe. So easy. So SO yummy.

2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. 7-Up

While they're cooking, I mix together butter and honey, and brush it on about a minute before they come out of the oven.

Mandy - when I make pierogis in a few weeks, imma totally going to send you some. Greyhound.
