I was wondering if any of you have thought much about the etiquette of serving dinner to a group of people with very different food needs and preferences.
We have people coming to our reception who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and lactose intolerant. I want to provide a menu that will allow something for everyone to eat (and not leave the vegans eating mixed salad with nothing else) but that the majority of guests will also enjoy. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this would be much appreciated. Menu suggestions, too.
