[QUOTE]How do you "know" about these other men.  Do you have a support group for knot husbands?

</div><div>Just kidding. I know them because most of them are guys I've told to come check it out. Most are married though</div>
  • Ahhh gotcha.  That makes sense.

  • Although, picturing the guys in my life, if they did surf the knot, I could see it being a guilty pleasure more than something they'd forward to their buddies.

Seriously.  How does that conversation go, "OMG, you NEED to check out this wedding website!"

Haha no it started with me telling my brother's friend who's girlfriend was really losing her shitt about his mom and sister. I got sick of him bitching about it, so I sent him here.

This board gives you good insight into women in general and around wedding time/babies families etc. Then his girlfriend started posting but I haven't been abel to figure out which of you she is or if she's even on E, and then there was some crazy thing that happened a while ago that "Evie found" and we sent the think to a bunch of friends who started reading once in a while. I don't know if they post though.
  • I have to say, I'm sad that I still don't know your position about zombies :(

</div><div>Haha sorry Poli! There are so many posts to respond to I got overwhelmed. My position on zombies? I am one. Don't tell my wife!</div>
  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! This is awesome!  I knew there had to be other fiancés and husbands who lurked!!

Sorry for those of you who don't know me...I used to post a LONG a$s time ago.  I retired to lurking off and on after our wedding, but H still lurks religiously.  when we saw the KPS stuff, I forced him to make a secret.  (telling people that a guy lurks)  He's a LLPOF though, he didn't plan our wedding by himself, and I didnt know he added all that extra info (about chad & jared & wanking and what not...*weirdo*) until after he submitted it.
    anyway...

I'm going to have to persuade him to start his own SN and post now.

Also, I'm excited that at least one of the male lurkers came out and posted, I hope you continue, hubman, and I hope more join in as well!  (including H)

**basks in the glow of being right, and makes plans to rub it in H's face**

  • well, hello Ms Moose.

    How have you been?

  • Pretty good.

  • Thats good :)  I like your new sig btw.  Although, the wedding one you had up last was really pretty.

Also, totally random, but do you remember the sig you had for a while where you were standing in front of the "town of Erin" sign?  I've always wanted to ask you where exactly that town is...

in canada?  or somewhere in the states?  (you can ignore this if its too creepy of a question, but i have really been wondering for a long time now)

  • It's in Ontario, somewhere in the vague direction of North of Toronto and possibly west...  Or maybe just west of TO.  I'm not completely sure.

It was a pretty little town.  How've you been?

"You can take your etiquette and shove it!" ~misscarolb
  • I'm doing pretty well, thank you for asking. :)

no, I've never been to that particular town, but I was asking because when I lived in Tennessee, there was an Erin about 45 minutes away that had that exact same sign.  (shamrocks and everything)

It bothered me because you never said you were coming to TN, and I couldnt figure out if you were really 45 miles away, or if some other town had a coincidentally identical sign.

my curiosity is satisfied.  thanks!  :)
