So...I had one beer....one stupid Chocolate Truffle Stout...and I am buzzing.  Clearly not eating all day, and not drinking beer in a while has affected me.

Wally -- I'm down for chaperones. I'm not at the capital actually, I'm in front of the library downtown St Paul in Rice Park... I got married at the Landmark Center across the street from there.
