Congrats on the raise Loopy.

I will be so glad when our freaking one credit card is paid off. We are slowly but surely getting there. When H got his bonus last month, we put some in savings and paid some more on his student loans.

Thanks Missy - We have enough in our savings to pay it off if we needed to, but as long as it's at 0% (until like November or December) we're going to try to pay as much as we can without touching our savings and then just pay what's left when the 0% runs out.  We put our honeymoon on it, so it's rather large, but we also knew we could just pay for it if we needed to go that way too.

I just hope it won't be too hard without me working until we move. Its not like I made that much anyway, but it did help with a few monthly bills. At least I will still probably be working my other job when needed.

I had a chair massage today. She comes on paydays, and does 15 minute sessions. I get 2 of them, and always try to get the latest ones I can.

Oh, and Iowa is a no car inspection state at all. NC was inspection plus emissions. I dropped dinner off for John tonight and he remarked that I was "blasting tunes" and he didn't ever remember me doing that in the Sable. I reminded him I only had a radio and CD player in the Sable. I now, in addition, have XM Satellite radio, and an iPod hookup. Which is what I was listening to. Man, I love my new Xterra. Only drawback is it's hard as hell to get Max in it. If the back door opened wider, I think he could jump in onto the floorboard.

Ok, I'm off ladies. I have a book calling my name, and a movie to watch. Adios!

Hi ladies! I have posted a few times on this board, but spend a good deal of time lurking. I feel like I read on a post here once that intros aren't really done on the E board, so I didn't, but I'd be happy to tell you about myself! I don't want to bore you guys, so what would you like to know? My name is Tara (obviously lol), and I live in Northern NJ. Oh, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE wine. However, I am allergic to red wine, which is so disappointing, but have grown a love for white I know that wine is an essential at night on this board ;-)

The Bump - Babies on the Brain scares me.  The level of stupid and lack of common sense and rediculous on that board baffles my mind.  I can't deal.

Exciting Andy, and Loopy! That's all pretty far off for me right now so I'm excited to live vicariously through y'all for now.

And Loopy, it does feel good, even though they were technically his cards, not mine. And he wasn't nearly as excited as I was. And mine have a slightly higher balance, so it might take a bit longer, but still, we have been able to make so much more progress while working on it together.
