• I FLAMY LDY FOR TEASING THAT SHE HAS A FLAME THEN GOING :: POOF::
• I am annoyed by Nurse.Misty. I dont know what it is. But she starts weird threads. She came in acting like she knew us. I dont know - she irks me. I'm irkable today it seems.

I'm also PISSED about Ghoti. I find her whole FYI thread dumb. I'm annoyed.

I think I'm just bugged right now b/c I'm soaking wet. DAMN YOU WEATHER!

BEST REVOKE THAT FLAME BIITCH. I'll cry otherwise.
• I agree about nurse.misty. I forgot about her until you said something, though.

• flame revoked. Although, I mean flames will help you dry off. Tears will only exacerbate the issue. Just sayin.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: FFF : I agree. I think it was mentioned that the government should stop paying for work cell phones as another idea. My boss is frequently on travel or out of his office, so his work cell is the best way to contact him, and he can check his work email from it. He wouldn't be able to check his email from a personal cell. We'd barely be able to get in contact with our boss if he wasn't provided a cell phone for work purposes.

While I realize taking cell phones away wouldn't solve the problem. You most certainly can get work email on personal cell phones. I can and know many people that do. Just wanted to point that out. I haven't read the whole thread so fogive me if this has already been pointed out.

It does seem like she feels very comfortable but maybe she lurked for a long time so she feels like she knows everyone forgets they don't really know her yet. I still feel like that sometimes, like when I was answering the knottie polls earlier. I have a really good memory so I remembered random facts about people and I thought people might think I'm a creep for knowing that stuff.
• LD - I stayed 3 minutes late at work for you. You best love me extra tonight.

I also flame nurse.misty. She's a strange duck. I don't get her at all.

I flame rain too. Except the vodka. I don't flame the rain vodka.

• Anna I feel that way too. I was answering people and as I was typing I was thinking people are going to see me answer their name and be like who the eff is this chick?

• I flame the email I just got from my HR department assuring me I really DO have my benefits and that the deductions will be taken "eventually". Fuuck you.
• I didn't even think about nurse.misty. She did kinda just jump right in and join everything.

MK, I actually haven't seen this. I'm not denying that I could be wrong, because that's certainly possible. I just know that the only ways I know of to access my work email require a Common Access Card-enabled device. I had assumed that the work-provided cells had a particular method of storing your email certificate or something, but maybe there is another way.

• I'll also ditto the nurse.misty flames. She seems nice and all, but just way too in your face for such a new poster. And it bothered me that she tried starting the nightly thread at 4:15 one day, her time. Which was when almost everyone was still working.

• Any type of smart phone can contain that access certificate. As long as you have all the appropriate information for the email account you can set it up and access it from any device.

I lurked for a long time before I made my first post, and I still lurk way more often than I post. However, I don't answer the polls and such because I don't want you all to think I'm a stalker.

• really specialk, you should know by now we love stalkers. not the crazy ones who say "I know what you looked up on webMD", but you know. Nice stalkers with cute dogs.
• I'm so glad I'm not crazy. Something is just off about her. She's nice enough, but something just isn't right. I understand lurking before you join, but starting nightly threads (or attempting to) at 4 o'clock is just odd. I wish I could determine what it is about her.

Habs - You're so sweet for staying late. ::extra love::

kcs - I loved that you mentioned me in your knottie poll. Your new sig pic has been throwing me off, but it made me feel special =)

Same goes for you Anna - but not the sig pic part lol.
• Its kinda hard to start a nightly thread at 4:15 when some of the people that post in the thread are still only at 1:15. Plus most are, like DNB said, are still at work at the time.

b/c I'm totes a newbie here, I'm wondering what the "appropriate" amount of in your face is? haha. I've lurked for awhile, and started to try to post but don't want to be the obnoxious girl that keeps jumping in on things.

and doing an intro post doesn't seem like common practice here (but happy to do one)

Ditto Larz. And hi Larz!

I like it here, and I try to post in some places (nightly thread, etc.) where I feel like I might get to know some people without being too in your face. But if I'm being obnoxious or doing it wrong or someone has advice, I'd like to know.
• You'll know when it's too much cause someone will tell you. :-) No seriously, just be yourselves. If you have something funny or wise to say, say it. But if you find yourself thinking "Oh I bet the E women will totally love me if I say THIS", this will be your first indicator that you're trying too hard.
• Neither of you come off as too "in your face"...I dont think I can describe what is and what isn't. But neither of you bug me and I'm buggable today lol

You're not cray cray. I get it too and I figured it out the other day. Her sig pic freaks me out like the girl from May '11 has those crazy E pics where her and her FI look like they're humping each other. nurse.misty's pic is reminiscent of that and it skeeves me out.

YES!!! her sig pic reminds me of that girl who's like raping her FI up against a tree. YES! GOOD CALL MK! GOOD CALL!
• Panda, I think it's the tornado sirens and the people walking up behind me all day thats bothering me.

I kinda heart you. Have I told you that lately?
