Alix? See how her eyeliner is all smudgy? That's on purpose there. How do I keep mine from doing that an hour after I put it on? I wear brown, so it's not as noticeable, but I look like a Re that doesn't know how to wear makeup

Well LVB, I hate to break it to you, but I am literally the last person on earth who can be any kind of authority on eyeliner. It being in such close proximity to the eyeball and all, I won't wear it if my life depends on it.

I mean, I suppose you could use a primer? Right? They work on foundations, blushes, contour powders and eye shadows and such... it would work on liner too, right? Logically?

I've never used a primer, except for the wedding day. And that was a gel like substance. That scares me around my eye. And I have no eye aversion.

LVB you can get eye-specific primers as well as general facial ones. I don't use one because I only ever wear mascara but Smashbox may make an eye primer?
