Fi and I went to a wedding about 3 months ago. We purchased the couple a gift off their registry and had it shipped to the address the couple had selected. It has been nearly 3 months and I have not gotten a thank you note. I checked my credit card statement and the transaction did go through for the gift. It seems very unlikely that this couple would side step etiquette. Should I ask them if they received the gift? Should I give them more time to write a thank you note? I am worried that they didn't receive the gift. Thanks!
