I think those people already have your date saved.
You send an invitation to your pastor, assuming he's invited to the reception. Everyone else is a paid vendor -- not reception guest -- and does not need an invitation. Your contract should suffice.
I sent a STD to my planner, because I wanted to, and to my photographer, since it used his picture.
I will probably send an invite to at least my pastor, since he will be invited. That is proper if you are getting married in a church and know the pastor. If he/she is a random vendor, then it is not required.
The only invitation we sent was to the priest who celebrated our wedding mass. We invited him as a guest to our reception. Other than that, you do not need to send your vendors invitations - they are contracted to perform a service at your wedding. They are not being invited as guests. The only thing I would do is determine exactly how many vendors will be at the reception and work with your caterer to ensure each of them has something to eat.
Our photographer asked for one....and the planner is a friend who would be coming to the wedding anyways! Other than that - I agree with PP about the contract should suffice.

Good luck!!
