If the world didn't need graphic designers anymore, I'd go back to school to be a mortician.

I can do a cartwheel, but not a back bend or back flip. Never could.

Technically you are only legally blind if your vision cannot be corrected or improved with glasses/contacts, and mine can.   I think 20/200 vision is where you start "qualifying" for legal blindness though, and that was my vision in the 5th grade.

My vision is too extreme to be fixed with Lasik.

  • Arbolita : I'm -14.00 in each eye...I finally have heard of someone with worse eye sight than me!
  • I lost the hearing in my right ear at age 7.

I lost most of the hearing in my left ear - overnight - at age 25 (I now have a cochlear implant, and you probably would never know I have a hearing impairment if you met me and I didn't tell you).

I am not engaged yet (but we've been ring shopping twice in the past two weeks!).

    I was born in Fargo.

My 8th birthday party had a Cabbage Patch Kid theme (because I had gotten a CPK for the Christmas before my birthday).

  • My dad wanted to name me Doctor so that no matter what people would have to call me Doctor Mylastname.

I've never broken any bones or needed stitches ever.  I've never had to go to the emergency room for that matter.

    I bruise myself almost daily.

I haven't seen my natural hair color since I was 16.  I'm pretty sure it's close to what I have now, but I can't be sure.

  • I can't stand beer or coffee

I won't eat anything with cooked fruit, except deep fried bananas are delicious!

I'm very shy, but I'm a security guard at a retail store and regularly have to kick out drunk, aggressive people. Makes for interesting work

I've been to 5 concerts in my life. 4 of them I went to for free after winning tickets on the radio. The 5th was Cute is What We Aim For on Monday, They are the only band I've ever been willing to pay to see and I'm so friggin happy I went.

I hate fish, but I eat tuna patties for lunch all the damn time.

  • I can't even count the number of concerts I 've been to in my life.

Mr. Arb used to work for one of the most well known radio stations in this area, including on air stuff.  I had several friends know who he was from that when we first started dating.

I've always wanted to be a gymnast, but apparently when I was really really little, my mom signed me up for it, but I refused to actually go up for the class, and clung to my mom. She sent me with an aunt to see if I would do it with her, and I still wouldn't, so they had to pull me from the class. It still makes me sad that I never got into it :(

Aw, it was so much fun!  I started when I was younger and taught classes through college.  It's insane the strength you gain from it!
