Not sure - but I'm accepting ideas! That's a possibility. The hair suggestion is interesting too. We do have some very persistent critters around here.

I usually don't keep plants/flowers.  We live in an apt, so I don't have much room on our tiny balcony, but a few months ago I bought four different kinds of plants and they did REALLY well for a few months.  I was so stinkin' proud of myself.  Then I opened the blinds one day and every single leaf was chewed off my big potato vine plant.  The culprit on that one was a squirrel.  Then parts of my moss rose started disappearing, and that was evidently due to the 15+ birds that would swarm my balcony at 5PM like clockwork daily.  Then with the heat, I just gave up.  Damn nature. lol

Yep. One of H's cousins told me not to expect my flowers to live past 12 days or something since I got them from Lowe's. Here were are at 3 months and the heat is killing them. I'm so sad. :(

I've just stuck my orcchids (which I can't get to bloom again, GRRR) and my hydrangeas outside for a bit of warm rain. They've been looking a little sad as of late, so maybe some outsideness will cure them.

You ladies are making me miss having any flowers, or a yard for that matter. My boss is a big talker and just said that the story Mulan was based on his friend's daughter. We know that 95 of what he says is pure crap but I thought it was hilarious. Edit/ iPhone won't let me have paragraph structure.

I want to do a little garden so badly but we have so many animals that I don't know if I could keep them away.  I understand deer are pretty bad about coming along and eating carrots and such.

I just found out that my friend had her baby this morning. I posted on her FB wall and then she sent me a message saying I can come tomorrow to see her. So excited.
