How much to tip Wedding Coordinator at a venue?

I am being married at a resort in NH, in September. The facility came with a wedding coordinator. They have included a tip in the overall price but I do not know if that included the coordinator. We are having a buffet but there are people who will be setting up the tables, the food, etc. Any thoughts on how much I should tip the coordinator above and beyond the price of the venue?

I think if they have included tips in the price you have some room. Maybe wait and see how amazing the coordinator is. If she is just ok, keep it light, if she is amazing, you can go higher. Just stay within your budget- you're already (I'm guessing) spending a fortune. I'd say $50-$150. But hey, just guessing over here!

Wow, our venue had a coordinator for us and I never even considered tipping her above what was included in our contract. It wasn't anything specific for her, just a general service fee. Now I feel like a giant a$$, and maybe I'll send her a TY card and a gift card or something.

We are not tipping the planner that comes with our location.

You are already paying them enough, no reason to tip the planner the venue provides. That is a service to you to thank you for paying them a buttload of $$.

I can't believe so many people don't tip! I worked at a country club about 6 years ago, and they provided a day of coordinator, and the included tip for the venue was spread between bartenders and wait staff, not the coordinator, all the other places she had worked, were run the same way. So YES you should tip them! I think $100 is appropriate.
