My FI and both think Russell Peters is hilarious.  I love that he makes fun of all ethnicities equally.   My favorite skits are the one where the Indian father goes out trying to get "poonani" for his ill son and the bit about how Indians would make horrible slaves "Yooouuu... pick the cotton.  And IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII... will get the t-shirts made!"

This whole thread has been about Russell Peters? I read the thread but didn't click the link. I LOVE Russell Peters, and I think he is hilarious. As someone who has PTSD from being severely abused until I moved out, I think whoever got offended by him is taking things too seriously.

I just love him to death. And oh my god his anecdotes are like, Mississauga (where I spent my teen years - which is like ten minutes from Brampton, where he spent his) life to a T. It's brilliant. And how when he says "white kids" that doesn't mean white kids; it means North American kids - it's hilarious.

I never tire of him. I've only seen him live twice but it's like, pee your pants funny all the time.
