I flame heavendelivered for asking us to basically tell her who to value more on her guest list. And I flame myself for continuing to be a part of it. My boredom is palpable.

It turns out choices were made whereas some of the people I would have wanted to invite on my side were left of the list for the sake of these two. As a matter of fact one person attending is offended because 4 of his relatives are not invited. the crux here is that the husband wants to stay but the wife is the one that wants to go. I am not an unreasonable person not to understand that these happen around holidays. It turns out that the wife is someone no one really likes and is really doing this because she is used to gettting her way. I've seen it first hand and have been subjected to it too. She is not a very nice person. We all went to a restaurant to have a set menu. She asked her the fiance to ask a group of 10 people to forgo the set menu so she could order what she wanted. </p><p> FYI, I did leave some specific details out of the story in order to keep some privacy. The "cousins" are not really cousins. </p>

Lilli, if you delete this very tame thread, I'm not likely to ever share cookie recipes with you again. As someone who claims to love cookies, you're clearly on the losing end of this. I adore cookies (the proof is in the sig--I didn't get this size by eating carrots), and I'm really good at making them.

Then I looked at the pic again. Nope.
