We sent out our saves the dates... with the total guest count being 285.... some finacial things have changed with my family (who is paying for everything) and we can only afford/ fit in the room 160-170 people! My FH's family invited DOUBLE what my family did.....My family has already agreed to cut down even more on our part of the list... My FH's family FLIPPED when we told them. What should we do?!!?!!? How do we tell the people who already recieved the save the dates? it's a mess!!
