H would definitely eat chicken. He's weird about huge chunks of beef or any meat. We usually get our dishes served to each other at weddings though, because I guess beef is a guy's dish and chicken is a woman's?

I would choose chicken and Fi would choose beef. I am too picky with meats, and how they are cooked, so that would influence me. But, if I knew the veggie option was pasta, I would go with that one, because I love pasta.

Details as to what the options are might influence the choices.

Haha, I can't help but think of Scrubs and how JD is always ordering appletinis, "easy on the 'tini." Hopefully your FI and guy friend don't take it personally when that happens.

Nah, they're good sports. FI usually orders beer or wine, but the cocktail menu at this place looked really good.
