What's going on everyone?!

I haven't been on much this week but it sure is quiet!  What's going on with everyone?? 

Still trying to get done with 384791827 projects at the house.  So far, I've tackled most leaving organizing the "Man Cave" and painting...I dread having to tape this place up and paint!  Its really pitiful that we built it a year ago and only the smallest room in the house got its paint job (the powder room downstairs).  I'm guessing that's going to be the next real project to jump into...I guess I should just crank my Pandora radio on Lady Gaga radio and go at it.

Heading to the mountains and Western Carolina University for Homecoming...I can't wait to get to the cool mountain air.  Fall was always my favorite season when I was in college.  I haven't been to Homecoming since I graduated so it will be nice to go on the flip side. 

I have to make the dreaded trip to the Social Security office soon to get my name changed.  I'm just blah about having to go there...I'm envisioning a 3 mile long line of people and I'm pretty sure all I will need to do is provide documentation.  I've got to get the ball rolling and get this name officially changed.  Anyone have any good stories about changing their name to get me moving?

Ugh, I'm procrastinating wedding stuff! I'm so excited but at the same time so overwhelmed. But, I'm trying to focus on getting through work this and next week so I can have my two-weeks off.

How's your new part time position going? Is it better than sales?

I went through Connie Duglin linens to rent them....I wanted to keep everything as simple as possible.  They sent the linens to my venue and coordinate the shipping to send them back directly from the venue.  The overlays were Raspberry Pintuck. 

CJ - eeeeee! You're getting so close!!!! Well...lets see...I haven't exactly made it back to working part-time.  FIL is ready whenever I am to come up with a job description...I just haven't made it that far yet.  He's going on a business trip to Cancun (so unfortunate right?) next week so it will probably be a couple of weeks before I go back to part time...but right now I'm LOVING not doing sales anymore.  In fact, Jason has commented on how much more pleasant I am to come home to now that I'm not working there...compliment or insult? haha

I went to the SS office in Durham on monday and it wasn't bad at all!  I filled out the form before I went.  That way all I had to do was give them the form and my ID and marriage license and I was all set.  I actually got my new SS card in the mail yesterday! really fast.

Happy Friday!

I haven't been on much lately because work has been crazy.  With  my new position I'm trying to learn everything and I'm still donig a lot of my old job.  I'm leaving for Florida tonight with FH for the weekend! We are going to see his family and then go to the Gators vs. LSU game tomorrow. Go Gators!

Ahh so jealous too! I would love to get to a game this year. We'll see, maybe in November.

I'm just excited the Gators aren't playing on our wedding day. Clearly the Gators love us!

We're going to the App State/Florida game...we're going to make a road trip out of it.  Another couple is going with us and we're going to stop in Savannah one night and then stay in Jacksonville for the other two.  Should be a fun filled weekend! 

I'm glad the gators aren't playing your wedding weekend too...I'm also in a wedding that weekend... =)
