NWR: ground turkey recipe?

totally late on this post, but for the future.... i make turkey loaf. basically ground turkey mixed with cooked stuffing and an egg. plus i grate or chop up a bunch of veggies and throw them in there too. shape it into a loaf and cook in the oven. so simple, plus it is a great way to sneak more veggies into my little man's diet. i also serve veggies on the side so he gets double the dose!

I may be a little late on this for dinner tonight, but next time you may want to try stuffed peppers. We seem to alternate between chicken, ground turkey, breakfast for dinner (omlets, frittatas, etc...), so I am always trying new recipes. Tacos, chili, and meatloaf are good options, but recently I tried stuffed peppers and they were delicious!
