Photography by Orlando vs. Jessica Lauren Photography

Hey!

I am having a hard time choosing between photography by orlando and jessica lauren photography for my wedding. Both are awesome!  Any northern NJ or NY brides use either? Any input is greatly appreciated

I would go with neither, but if I had to pick one, it would be Orlando. I think I read on here that he's quite pricey. I don't know what his rates are, but that would play a significant role in who I'd choose.

I am using Orlando and am in love with all of his work!  You can customize a package if you don't need certain things like we did.  We just got our engagement pics back last week and I can't stop looking at them.  You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose him.  Good Luck :-)

Also using Orlando for our wedding and he is awesome! Anything you don't need he will take out to make a package that's right for your budget. I also just got my engagement pictures back recently and we love them! I have heard nothing but great compliments on them! He gave us a CD with all 700 pictures making it so hard for us to choose our favorite one for the save the date!

I have Jessica booked.... she just came and shot my engagement photos on Wednesday night- she was awesome! So comfortable to work with and fun!!! She has some great ideas for candid shots without losing the classic wedding photography that I still want. She took almost 300 shots alone for just the engagement pics! I am so excited to see what she will do with my wedding! 

She gives a CD for engagement and wedding, plus a proof book with the wedding photos. I found that her packages weren't too outrageous compared to others I was looking at.

Yes, he gave us all our pictures on a CD.  We received a little over 900.  He is amazing and I know you wouldn't go wrong booking him.  Again, if there are things within the package you choose that you don't need, tell him and he will adjust the price.

Im using orlando as well. he is expensive but well worth it. I'm kinda of disappointed with how he doesnt respond quick enough. I never got to do my engagement session because we waited for the nicer weather. and it came and no call . I emailed them and they got back to me once and thats it. I'm less then 1 month away and i'm forgetting about it all together. But I will def have My friend as well used him in may and she  said the same thing. Comunication wise he's kind of hard to get too. but His work is excellent.

We didn't use him for our save the dates we got a package deal with a woman I found here on TK Jacqueline Dziadosz...shes doing all of our stationery plus the save the date magnets and thank you cards....her stuff is amazing as well and great pricing.
