    I've got nothing except that Apple spice made me think of apple pie and now Im hungry. lol

    I've been to Iron Hen cafe in Greensboro before and they have tasty sandwiches.

    We've eaten at Cafe Pasta before and their food seems to be hit or miss...wonderful one night and crappy the next (although we love the atmosphere of the restaurant).  A friend who is a drug rep used to use them to cater lunches for doctors, and said the doctors started requesting NOT to have Cafe Pasta....

    Actually a friend of mine (Andy) is the head chef at Iron Hen and he was always a really good cook.  Super nice guy!  He is actually on the home page - he is the one in the white coat with the beard!  I haven't been to the restaurant but I hear good things.
