BM dress labels

Hi,

I finally found a bridesmaid style that I like (one shoulder, cocktail or tea length), but I have yet to find a dress that catches my eye.  I've checked out some popular labels such as Alfred Angelo, Watters, etc. but wanted to check out some othere lables.  Suggestions?

TIA

If you're set on one-shoulder, you may have more luck looking at off-the-rack (rather than bridesmaid) dresses?  Maybe start looking at nordstrom.com?

why are you narrowing to one-shoulder?  agree with V; local stores might be easier then since it's not the biggest.  jim hlejm, watters, saison blanche, melissa sweet/POB might have an option.

Not sure how you feel about Davids Bridal, but I was just at a wedding last weekend where they girls were all wearing one shouldered dressed from there.  They were long, and looked nice on all of the girls.  My friend said that they also have shorter lengths in the one shouder, although the short dresses are not as flowy.

I thought the one shoulder looked really good, I can tell why you want to have your girls wear that style.

Btw, the bridesmaids weren't in love with their dresses, although they looked nice.  But I just figured you could at least give Davids Bridal a quick search online to see if there's something you like.  Just an idea!

I do agree that off the rack might work out well.

Page Linette. She wore a long version of a one shoulder dress as a BM recently and looked awesome.  They might sell it in short.

Yea, we've tried on different styles.  It isn't definite that it has to be "one shoulder" style, but its something we like.  Just looking for something a little different.  Besides, they all have the same body type and we already know it will look good on all.

Thanks for the tips...will check out David Bridal's.  I didn't even think to check them out.

You may also want to check out Lela Rose.  I am in the middle of a dilema trying to figure out the perfect dress for my BMs. However, one of my BMs is expecing (a month before my wedding! ahhhh!) so I've been putting off the planning & narrowing down of dresses for my girls.

I am in love with the Lela Rose #LR100 [halte]  and Lela Rose #LR102 [scoop] and # LR101[straps]. I believe all of these come in full length as well. However, I don't know how to go about planning now that one of my girls will be a mom a month before. I will feel terrible if her measurements get screwed up after her pregnancy! Sorry to rant... but check out Lela Rose. I love the styles.
