Where to find Candy?

So the colors for my wedding are red, white, and black and we really want to do a candy buffet so I decided to look some places after Valentine's Day for candy on sale but now I don't know where to look?

Any advice?

We have the same colors and we just went to target - it was all 30% off. We didn't exactly stick to red as some was red/pink/white and we got a ton of wrapped chocolates but each bag of candy was $1 - $3
