Venue Help

My sister is recently engaged and is beginning to look at places but I was hoping that we could narrow it down by seeing some reviews or asking for some help here.
We are looking for
150-180 people
around 130pp or less
north jersey
willing to look at all options like fridays, sundays or off season
I should add that the Tides is out since my other sister had her reception there!
any direction would be great. I got married in 2007 so I think some of my info might be outdated

    There are quite a few venues in North Jersey that would fit into that category, here are a just a few:

    The Tides Estate
    The Manor
    Brownstone

    These are just a few that I looked at and they were all below that price.  We ended up going with the Tides, and couldn't have been happier.

    Off season I got married at The Villa at Mountain Lakes below that price point.  There are pictures in my signature link.

    The graycliff..... I am getting married there,  it is in the price range and they are the nicest people ever....I can't wait to have my reception there!

    I booked my wedding at the Il Villaggio.  Price per head varies on time of year, day of the week and  if you add things such as a viennese hour.  I am working with Bob.  I do not have much feedback yet because my wedding is a year away but so far everything has been good.  We had one tasting before we booked and the food was very good.  I am not sure if you saw the place yet but it is very nice and new.
    Keep in my mind that price per head will go up after you add in gratuity, tax and any maitre d fees.
